The Role of Marketing Manager  
Based in Sutton Coldfield. The role for Marketing Manager will manage the UK marketing channels into Architects, contractors, specifiers, builders, and homeowners.  You will own the marketing strategy and tactical marketing activity for the UK market in line with the European strategy.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage / development of marketing executive
  • Strategic marketing
  • Driving digital campaigns
  • Market insight
  • Supporting channel partners
  • Lead generation
  • Brand awareness
  • Managing external providers

For the Marketing Manager, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
For the role of Marketing manager, we are looking for a candidate who has experience managing a small team, manage full mix marketing for brand and lead generating campaigns with a focus on digital.  You will manage from a strategic level through to implementation and ROI reporting and have a strong background in building materials industry or B2B marketing, preferably with influencers such as architects, designers, specifiers, and builders.

Required Qualifications
  • Managerial or supervisory experience
  • At least 5+ years marketing experience with focus on digital
  • Digitally focused – social, video, content, email
  • B2B is a must – manufacturing/ product led company
  • Degree level in marketing / business or similar
  • Excellent analytical skills
