Accessories and tools for HardieWindbreaker™ Sheathing Board

Quick & simple to install. HardieWindbreaker™ sheathing board is quick and easy to install, saving you time and money during your build. HardieWindbreaker™ boards are 9mm thick, produced in three sizes: 1200 x 2400 mm, 1200 x 2700 mm and 1200 x 3000 mm. Our sheathing boards are suitable for both steel and timber frame constructions and can be fixed using both screws and nails. A range of tools and accessories are available including: HardieWindbreaker™ screws, sealing tape, HardieBlade™ saw blade, and a range of galvanized steel trims.

HardieBlade™ Saw Blade

Especially designed for use with JamesHardie® boards. Recommended for cutting fibre cement, the diamond tipped edges reduce dust and prevent faster blade wear. Available in Ø160, Ø190, Ø254, Ø305 mm diameter size hole.

HardieTape™ Sealing Tape

Translucent tape, for sealing the board joints to give an airtight seal.

HardieWindbreaker™ screws

A selection of screws is available – in 35, 40 and 50 mm lengths – for both steel and timber applications. The thread and heads are especially designed to give a secure fix.

HardieWindbreaker™ boards can also be installed using nails or staples.

Z-Profile, galvanised steel 3000 mm

The Z-Profile can be used in floor separation systems.

The h-profile can be used for unsupported vertical board joints to offer greater stability.
