Green Park Village is a large scale residential development in UK using James Hardie® exterior fibre cement cladding. The use of colour and design was particularly important in this project. The developer decided to use HardiePlank® fibre cement cladding in different colours on the facade to provide a natural timber effect as well as a long lasting finish. To complete the look HardieTrim® was used as trims and around windows, to match the colours of HardiePlank cladding. The developers needed a building material that was durable and low maintenance, James Hardie Fibre cement building products met all the requirements set by the developers and all the buildings in the project are finished with both exterior and interior products.

HardieBacker® backer board was installed In all bathrooms as a tiling base to provide extra protection against water damage. HardieBacker is water resistant and fire resistant; and is often used as alternative to plywood, chipboard and plasterboard tiling backer board.
