Hotel Castel Clara Belle Ile en Mer, in Belle Île, France, has accommodated tourists since the 1960s. Last year a substantial renovation project was completed, where the hotel was extended from two to three storeys. The facade cladding was also replaced to use Hardie® Plank fibre cement boards. The installation area was over 1000 m² in total.
